The problem

A busy operations department's reporting was spread across 12 separate dashboards, each with its own data model. Answering one question meant jumping between files and matching numbers by hand, and the files didn't always agree.

What we built

One unified Power BI model that brings all 12 together. Job, task, quality, support-ticket and target data are related in a single model, filters carry across every page, and each metric has one agreed definition. We also tuned the model so it refreshes faster.

The problem

A finance team calculated its outstanding customer balances by hand in Excel. It was slow and easy to get wrong, and it never said who should act on each balance. Finance could see the total but not where the problems were.

What we built

An automated Power BI dashboard that replaced the spreadsheet. It tracks every outstanding balance across the business, groups balances by type, assigns each one to the responsible department, and uses aging views to push the oldest balances to the top.

The problem

Leadership needed to decide who qualified for a premium service team across four departments, each of which measured performance differently. Comparing like for like meant manual spreadsheets.

What we built

A Power BI scorecard that rates each person against agreed thresholds on six KPIs over a rolling three-month window. It covers output against target, ticket SLAs, satisfaction, NPS, reviews and complaints, and rolls each person up to a single green, amber or red rating.

What we built

A contract-tracking dashboard comparing contracted and actual usage and cost for each item, with a days-left counter, monthly usage trends and a projection to contract end.

The problem

A premium fast-track service carried an extra fee, reduced each week a job ran past its deadline. Staff worked out the reduction by hand on every job, which was slow and inconsistent.

What we built

A simple web app. Staff enter the dates, tenure and pricing version, and it counts working days (skipping public holidays), applies the weekly deduction and returns the final fee, with a PDF export for the file.
